I recently had my Windows 10 install assist notify me that I was ready to install Windows 10 from my Windows 7 OS. I clicked start and installed the new W10 OS. I went to take a call and came back to a screen asking me to select my keyboard layout. I clicked'US' and it took me to a screen asking if I wanted to continue & exit to windows rollback or change settings.

I clicked continue and it restarted the computer and entered the same screen. Now I am in a constant loop where no matter what settings I change orwhat OS I select to boot into (Windows 10, Windows 7, or Windows Rollback) it reboots into the select keyboard layout screen then OS select or advanced settings. I have tried using restore, image, etc.

But it says my drive is not accessible or locked. BecauseI cannot get into an OS at all, I see no way I can unlock the drive to make any changes. I have tried clicking the 'repair boot' and it shows a Windows 10 icon and a 'repairing' status, then restarts to the exact same keyboard select screen as before.I would like to know:- If I can boot into W10 directly without these screens popping up (manual bypass? There is no prompt until the keyboard select comes)- Can boot into W7?- Unlock the drive to try to make any necessary repairs/changes?My system details (from what I can remember) are below:- Windows 7 64 bit home with latest updates as of today (prior to install)- 1tb SATA HD (used to boot) - WD- 1tb SATA HD (second drive, no OS files on it) - Seagate- i7 processor- MSI Motherboard (Z87 M Power) with latest bios- Let me know if you need any more details.
