If you don't already, It's a really good idea to use a program like LOOT that will tell you if any of your mods will cause a conflict with each other and the best load order for your mods.If all else fails you can try going through each mod, 1 by 1, turning them off and on and seeing if you can pinpoint the problem. If absolutely nothing works your only recourse is a fresh install. Crash on load of a save often means your save has a hard dependency on a mod.
Trying to disable mods just wont help in that case. Re-enable your mods, then try to load an earlier savegame, if that works, then from within the game try to load the last save, it's possible it's corrupted in some way, or that it just saved at a really bad spot in the game, sometimes it helps to go back to the next to the last save and re-play from there.
